Allyson Felix

Allyson Nicole Felix was born November 18 the 18th of November, 1985, located in Los Angeles. Felix's father Paul Felix is an ordained Minister at Master's Seminary, Sun Valley. And her mother Marlean Felix is a teacher at Balboa Magnet Primary School. Felix was aware that she had an aptitude in running while attending Los Angeles Baptist High School. Ten weeks after the first attempt she made her skills, she placed second in 200m in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix finished high school in 2003 and became a part of Adidas a contract as a professional athlete. Following that, she was a student at the University of Southern California studying elementary education. Felix won her first Olympic gold at the Athens Summer Olympics 2004. Felix broke a junior-world record of running the 200m in 22.18. In 2005, at the Helsinki World Championships, Felix was the youngest world champion in running 200m. The following year, she won her title by beating Jamaican adversary Veronica Campbell. Felix placed consistently at the top of the podium across her diverse competitions in the Olympics that took place during Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
